What Are My Options for Connecting More Than One Computer in My Home or Business?  We have several networking options for connecting multiple computers in your home or business including both wired and wireless solutions.  See us for a specific custom quotation for your location.

Can I Setup VPN Services with My Account? Yes.  We do not charge extra for Virtual Private Network services.  If you wish to access your work or remote location through a VPN, our service will support that connection.

Does SURFSOTA Offer Web Hosting Options?  Yes.  We offer premium web hosting options for our customers that want their website located where anyone in the world can access it quickly.  Our hosting location in Chicago provides superior hosting access and great pricing.  We will provide you with web hosting services for $12.95 per month.  This service includes 500 MB of space, 2GB of monthly bandwidth, and unlimited email addresses.  Contact us for additional details or other custom pricing.

Does SURFSOTA Offer Co-Location Services?  Yes.  We will host your PC at our hosting facility for $24.95 per month.  This includes good Internet backbone access (low latencies), backup power, and security.  Co-location includes 2 GB of data transfer per month.  See us for details or other co-location options.

Does SURFSOTA Offer Networking Services?  Yes.  SURFSOTA has developed a network of associates that will assist you with your computer and networking needs.  See us for details and we will provide you with an economical solution.

Will SURFSOTA Help Me With My Computer Problems?  We will offer you support with your Internet connection.  We will work with you to ensure that you are always connected.  If you are having problems with your computer, we will assist you by offering associate resources or other options.

Does SURFSOTA Offer Domain Services?  Yes.  SURFSOTA will register your domain name and set it up for you.  We will pay for the first year of domain registration and allow you to renew it in the future.  These services start at $49.95 per domain registered for the first year and $12.95 for every year thereafter.  Please see us for details.

Can I Have More Than One Radio Connection For My Home or Business?  Yes.  You can access our services using more than one radio connection.  We will allow a user to share a service package using multiple radios.  There is a $10.00 per month charge for each radio added to your service package.

Does SURFSOTA Offer Static IP’s?  Yes.  Most people will NOT need a static IP.  For those that need a static IP, we will provide it for $4.95 per month.

Does SURFSOTA Offer Advanced Service Monitoring?  Yes.  If your home or business requires critical service uptime, we will assist you in the development of a special monitoring and redundancy package that will fill your needs.

Does SURFSOTA Offer VOIP Services?  Our network supports Voice Over IP telephony services.  If you would like to utilize a VOIP service such as Vonage in our network, it will work very well.  This option will provide you with good quality phone calls and long distance rates (unlimited domestic / Canada calls for approximately $26 per month) at economical pricing.  See us for details and how you can eliminate your current local phone expenses.

Can I Use SURFSOTA Services for Remote Access and Monitoring?  Since our service uses radio connectivity, you can monitor anything, almost anywhere—at high speed.  See us about monitoring your farm, remote location, business, or other remote facility.

Does SURFSOTA Sell Dedicated Service Connections?  Yes.  If you would like a dedicated guaranteed throughput connection, we can provide it.  We offer wireless T-1’s at very economical pricing.

Can I Use My Internet Connection for Home Security?  If you would like to watch your home from a remote location, or would like to establish Internet alarms that are integrated with your cell phone, see us for details.
